Completing this application does not register your child for any programming. Once complete this application will be reviewed by staff and your "Scholarship Membership" will be activated. Once active you will be able register for classes/programs with Sitka Parks and Recreation at your scholarship rate. If you've already completed the scholarship application, you do not need to complete it again to receive scholarships for upcoming classes.

The Youth Scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance through full or partial (awards maximum $300 per child, per fiscal year) for youth who may not otherwise be able to participate in Parks and Recreation youth classes, camps, and activities. For a full scholarship award applicants must be qualified for the reduced or free lunch program. Applications should be completed prior to registering your child for a program. Please list contact information for the person completing this application.
